Mindful Self-Compassion Group
Dates: October 16th, 23rd, 30th, November 6th, 13th, 20th, December 4th, 11th
Investment: $60 per group or $400 prepaid (savings of $80)
In this group we will be focusing on developing self-compassion and incorporating mindfulness and self-kindness into our daily life. Through psychoeducation, meditation, experiential exercises, group discussions, and at-home practices; we will learn to replace self-criticism with encouragement and improve our relationships with self-validation. No previous mediation experience required, only a willingness to practice.
