Being obese can feel like you are trapped in your own body.  Your weight may be affecting your physical health, mental health, work, relationships, family, or more.  You may be suffering from loneliness, depression, self-loathing, or low self-esteem.  You may have even experienced discrimination because of your weight in the workplace or in a medical setting.  The causes of obesity are multifaceted, including biological, behavioral, trauma, and environmental factors.  Perhaps you’ve been obese since you were a child, or you slowly gained weight over time, yo-yo dieting and unable to have a healthy relationship with food.  These are some obesity-related issues that I can help you with:
